Problem

A global pharma client required a mobile based patient reported outcomes (PRO) tool to position the themselves as a leader in their indication, by assisting HCPs in patient assessment and longitudinal tracking, with a highly functional and engaging application.

 

Solution

We used a secure on-line clinical platform to create a fully cloud based solution compliant with pharma regulatory and EU data protection laws. Web based technology gave instant access to patient’s via mobiles with no software to install. Working with HCPs, a standard questionnaire was developed that captured key PRO parameters and created an snapshot view of the patient’s condition to assist in clinical decision making. The platform flexibility supports multiple languages and PRO differences for deployment across multiple EU member states.
