Educational Kiosk

Problem

A global pharma client required a touchscreen driven HCP education station to communicate key brand and educational messages at a major congress. Important was not to be a “me too” congress touchscreen ignored by passers by.

 

Solution

We developed a multi-screen “educational station” with a prominent position at the booth. Our content framework allowed each brand manager to independently add their specific content which was then enriched with interactive gaming and videos. Visitors were quickly engaged as they explored key brand messages with a fresh interface moving seamlessly between each product. Smart technology measured visitor engagement to provide feedback to the marketing team.
