Problem

A global pharma required a closed HCP information platform to provide registered HCPs with indication specific content as a service.

 

Solution

We used a secure on-line publishing platform to contain a range of rich content that can be uploaded by the client through a web browser and viewed by HCPs on any web connected device. HCPs set their own notifications for new content and topics of interest. Measurement of content and HCP use provides the client with valuable feedback to develop content most engaging for their users and also identifies topics of interest for HCPs to be followed up by the client to improve customer relationships.
